Welcome

SIRCOMed was formed as a "Single Member" Limited Liability Company under the laws of the Susanville Indian Rancheria. SIRCOMed is governed by a 100% tribally-owned holding company, SIRCO Federal Services, Inc. (SFSI), which operates under a Board of Directors separate from the Tribal Council.

SIRCOMed was created with the intention of pursuing federal contract staffing in our PRIMARY NAICS Code 561320: Temporary Help Services (Medical Staffing). With our SBA 8(a) Program status, we look forward to growth in additional federal sectors; specifically, management and services for offender and ex-offender populations and management and staffing for Job Corps Centers.

SIRCOMed, LLC, was certified SBA 8(a) on March 15, 2013. The ultimate goal of SircoMed and all the entities owned and operated by SFSI is to supply superior services to all the customer populations we serve. SIRCOMed is dedicated to building and optimizing strong teaming relationships in support of our clients’ various staffing needs and diversity initiatives. SIRCOMed provides health care staffing services in private and government sectors. We employ and place the full range of health care providers across the country.

Job Corps

SIRCOMed provides the management and staffing of Job Corps facilities and supporting programs and services for at risk youth seeking educational and vocational skills and new employment opportunities.

Correctional

SIRCOMed provides for the housing, monitoring, support, and care of incarcerated offenders and those returning to society through temporary residential facilities and electronic monitoring programs while providing counseling, job development and placement services.
